Venturer Scouts

Venturers is for boys and girls aged 14 to 18 years.
Venturer scouts utilise all their past knowledge to develop and execute their own programmes. Venturers is all about being inventive and having fun, all while being roll models to the younger scouts at the same time. Tramps and expeditions are quite common at this level, especially when one is working towards their Queen Scout or Duke of Edinburgh award.
Halswell has one venturer unit:
