On offer is a diverse selection of books for both adults and children, fiction and non-fiction, along with a selection of games, and puzzles.
At the very least, come and get a delicious SAUSAGE (and bread) from our fab SAUSAGE SIZZLE.
LOCATION: Halswell Scout Den, 305 Halswell Rd, Christchurch in the Halswell Domain. We’re right behind the tennis clubrooms.

Saturday 16th August – 9:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday 17th August – 9:00am to 3:00pm (or earlier if quiet)
PARKING: Onsite parking within the Halswell Domain is available. You can access the the Scout Hall via the main driveway into the Halswell Domain, off Halswell Rd
Payment: We prefer cash, please, but can also take payment online, via tap-n-go (pay-wave) or Internet Banking
Pssst: We would love donations of books, magazines, games, and puzzles up until the 10th August 2025.
The funds raised from this event will be allocated towards the essential upgrades needed to repair parts of our roof that are leaking, and for our Kea and Cub sections, so that we can subsidise the cost of getting them to different events through the year
